Fertilizer: Urea Sales to Decline 24%YoY, Inventory at 8 Year High - By Sherman Research

<p></p><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">According to provisional data, urea sales during April&rsquo;25 is expected to clock in at 251k tons, down 24%YoY. The YoY decline in urea sales is mainly due to weak farm economics amid lower support prices and higher input costs.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Similarly, on MoM basis, urea sales is likely to decline by 18%MoM which is expected to be a combination of both seasonal impact and canal protest in several parts of Sind which is also effecting sales.
