Kohat Cement Limited (KOHC): New plant of 10,000tpd capacity in Khushab, Punjab – By Taurus Research

<ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Kohat Cement Limited (KOHC) has announced it will setup a cement manufacturing plant of 7,800 ~ 10,000 tpd along with 8 ~ 10MW Waste Heat Recovery and 25MW Coal Fired Power Plant in Khushab, Punjab.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Expansion to cater to retail and mega-infrastructure projects .</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Total production capacity to will become ~8Mn tons p.a., up 60% from current ~5Mn tons p.a.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Project cost is PKR 30Bn which shall be financed through mix of Debt and Equity.</span></li></ul>
