Pakistan Textiles: Sequential uptrend in exports continues – By Foundation Research

<ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Textile exports witnessed a third month of sequential recovery resulting in growth of 14/33% YoY/MoM during July-20 as economic activity returned to normal post COVID lockdown.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Looking ahead, we are optimistic as the sector has recovered from COVID related slowdown, both in domestic and export markets.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">During July 2020, exports increased by 14%/33% YoY/MoM. Exports of readymade garments increased by 18%/48% YoY/MoM, knit wear increased by 20%/43% YoY/MoM and bed wear increased by 25%/46% YoY/MoM.
