Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited (BYCO): BYCO Announces Commencement of Reformer at ORC-2 – By Shajar Research

<ul><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">In a notice to the PSX, BYCO today announced the commencement of operations of Reformer at its Oil Refining Complex 2 (ORC-2), which would allow the company to convert ~24k barrels per day of Heavy Naphtha into Motor Gasoline. </span></li><li><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:medium;">Post the reformer coming online, BYCO estimates to produce 1.5k tons per day (~12.8k barrels per day) of PMG, compared to 300tons per day (~2.6k barrels per day) earlier. The Reformer would allow company to reduce its production of Heavy Naphtha &mdash; leading to higher GRMs for BYCO going forwards.</span></li></ul>
